Hi, I'm Kathleen Moore, founder of Summit Closing Coordination. I started this business because I believe every real estate transaction deserves someone who treats it like it matters. Because it does. My path here wasn’t the usual one. I spent 10 years in healthcare, starting as a medical coder, where a single misplaced detail could have real consequences--precision became second nature to me long before I ever touched a real estate contract. From there, I became a supervisor within the Emory University Healthcare System radiation oncology department in Atlanta, GA, leading a team of patient coordinators and personally helping people through some of the hardest weeks of their lives. If you can bring calm and organization to a cancer center, you can bring it to a closing table.

Later, I moved into real estate- first at Coldwell Banker in Atlanta, where I directly supported nearly 50 sales agents, onboarding and training them so they could focus on what they do best. I also managed contracts on multi-million-dollar transactions for a developer here in Sarasota, seeing deals through from signing to close.

In early 2026, I faced my own cancer diagnosis and came out the other side cancer-free- and it taught me not to wait any longer to build something of my own. I bring everything I’ve learned along the way-- precision, a steady hand under pressure, and genuine care for people-- to every sales agent I work with. Today, I proudly serve as a licensed Florida Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. Through Summit Closing Coordination, my goal is simple: to provide dependable, detail-oriented transaction management so agents can focus on serving their clients, building relationships, and growing their businesses. From contract to close, I strive to keep every transaction organized, compliant, and on schedule while providing exceptional communication every step of the way.

Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with family and friends or serving at my local church. Before moving to Florida, I competed in ballroom dancing for several years—an experience that taught me discipline, confidence, and the value of preparation. I'm looking forward to getting back on the dance floor in the near future. I believe that every successful transaction begins with trust, communication, and attention to detail.
